Hudl2 Problem

Before I shut my Hudl down I downloaded an update which was showing in the top LH corner.

Now it wont restart. I took it to Tesco and the young lad that knows about the phones and Hudls tried to reboot it without success. It switches on and goes through the motions of starting up but just goes round in circles. Does anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?

Thank you for your help Buenchico. I still couldn't get it to fix itself so I had a live chat on line with a gentleman called Tim. He couldn't fix it either and as it is still under warranty it will have to go back for repair. Unfortunately I can't find the receipt which is unusual for me as I never throw anything away so the will do a proof of purchase search and get back to me so fingers crossed .........
