I cannot get iunes into my computer, could some kind person help me to install them.

What system are you running Mandolina? W 7, 8, 10 XP. Or a mac.
If you are running a windows system do you know if it is 32 or 64 bit
system? This site may help. Just follow the instructions

Togo...... I do not know what this means but I am on 64bit...... I have tried the support apple but the message I keep getting is :-

Error writing to file: c:\program files (x86)\common files\apple\apple application\support\web kit resources\web inspectorUI\protocol\ legacy\8.0\inspectorbackend commands.JS.
Verify that to have access to that directory

I do not know anything about computers, I 75 years of age and I have not got a clue what all these means.

Mandolina you may have to perform a clean boot but we need to know if you are running w7 or w8 or whatever.

But first try this. When you run the download Select "Save As" and NOT Run.
Find the iTunes set up.exe and Right click and select "Run as Administrator"

You could also check your your C drive disc or hard drive for errors

Take a look to see if there's an 'Apple' folder on your computer. If there is, try renaming it, so that Windows no longer recognises it and allows the iTunes installation program to create a completely new folder. Don't worry, it's easier than it sounds!

Click 'Start'
Click 'Computer'
Double-click 'Windows (C:)'
Double-click 'Program files (x86)'
If there's an 'Apple' folder there, right-click on it and select 'Rename'.
Change the name to 'AppleOLD'
Close the window and try again to install iTunes.
