How do I transfer them please?

The easy way is to email them to yourself & then download the email on the laptop.

Tap on the photo, tap on the share button (open box with upward arrow) and tap on the email icon.

Other ways, apart from emailing them:

Connect your phone to the laptop, using a USB cable. Then locate your phone on your laptop and open up the folder containing the photos and drag your photos across and drop them on to your desktop, or a suitable folder.

If you don't have a USB cable, you can do it without one, by installing an app onto your phone, called "Airdroid". Then go to http://web.airdroid.com/ on your laptop and scan the QR code with your phone, to connect your phone to your laptop and then locate the folder containing the photos and drag them across.

Depending on your version of windows, you need to open "My PC", or it might simply be called "Computer". In there, mine has a C drive, a D drive and E drive (DVD RW). I'm guessing that your phone will be F or G drive.
