The lawyers will be rubbing their hands in glee at this. A QC will want at least £2000 an hour ! that's for preparing the case as well as court time. The top QCs can get over £10,000 an hour!!
I do not agree that 'wills should not be contestable' there are cases where a will has been changed by the 'will writer' being forced or deceived into altering a will.
I want to know how being part of the crowd and (sadly) loosing family members in the Hillbourogh disaster mean he was not fit to make a will?
He ran a very successful business for years so he wasn't a stupid man. However I tend to think he was 'convinced' that the will he made was a good one. How much medication was he on? Who was present and had influence over him? What was the logic, other than 'they have enough already', in cutting the daughters out?
