Tonic

Hi I am looking for a good bottle of tonic as a pick up. I have to be careful not to get one with loads of iron in it i.e. Seven Seas as to much iron aggrivates my IBS. Any suggestions please. Thankyou

I know you can get in Sainsburys, however I usually get it at various petrol stations. Becoming more popular methinks.

Purdeys is good, been drinking it since my teenage veggie days!! Much more widely available now, its everywhere even in the spar shop up the road from me.

If you`re feeling run down, there`s a liquid iron you can get from a health shop called SPATONE. It does not cause constipation as do a lot of products. It`s very good.
