Good Morning Early Birds

Saturday. Lots of rain overnight, more to come. I don't think I will be too busy on the canal today.

I went down there yesterday to meet a friend to show her what we get up to. She was impressed. She lives not too far away, but didn't know the canal was there! She was impressed, to say the least.

Another friend moored his boat outside and came in for a cuppa and a natter. To cut a long, and probably boring story short, when my friend had to go, I had a ride up to Gloucester on the boat, had a cuppa with him and his wife (we swap dirty jokes) then he drove me back to Saul to collect my car. A very nice day.

Good morning wbmxxx and all XXX rain and drizzling .talking about cats I used to have a long haired white orange eyed Persian just like the one in the james bond movies and he used to stalk the front garden no cats would come near It took the cats e long time to realise he wasn't there anymore .
