It's yonks since I've needed to do this but can you tell me how i can put an image from my laptop on here so that someone in the know can explain what the problem is with this bug i get everytime i use this website.

You have to upload it to a hosting site and then post a link to the picture here.

That looks like a toolbar type thing. I've had them in the past. Go to your add or remove programs thingy in your control panel and look for it there then remove it. They sometimes get added when you install other stuff if you don't remember to untick the little box.

I thought I had been through the as or remove thing thoroughly to remove stuff that looked out of place from recent dates, just found one that said it was AVG but think that may have been the culprit, I'll see if it was, it's settled down abit now, thanks,

Can you run malwarebytes in safe mode ?

It's DN Uplocker and I think malwarebytes has managed to remove it now, found 45 links that wanted to try to sell me coupons or something! hopefully it's fixed, thanks
