Purchased Refurbished Dell Notebook With Win7 - Iso?

I was given no Win7 installation DVD. Where can one find the -- presumably -- ISO for Win 7 that I can burn to an optical medium? ___As an addendum to that, and having Win7 DVD as a security, I then wish to update to Win 10. This can be done free of charge, I believe, until the end of next month.

Do you have a friend with a matching installation disk for the licence key? For example if the key is for Windows Home Premium oem then any disk for that version will work. You pay for the key not the installation disk. If the key is for the retail version of Windows 7 then you can legally download the iso image here:-https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows7
