Didn't mean to close last post..pressed wrong button....this is a serious problem & I had hoped to get serious answers from AB...still hoping there is someone out there who can give me an answer as to how I can stop rug moving about on carpet.

I have that issue and have yet to try a solution. But you can get tapes to go around the rug edges, and underlay, both designed to stop motion. No ideal how effective. The only sure way would be to nail/tack it down in place.
BY the way you can always "answer" your own thread to add more information.

I have the same problem.
I'm wondering what was wrong with Murraymints' recommendation in your other thread.
How is Murray's answer not serious? I have the same problem with a rug but on wooden floor and just ordered from her link.

Apologies to MM, did'nt realise 2nd line was thread, silly me!!! have solved problem, taken rug up, so no more bunching up on carpet and thanks to all who sent me answers.
