Hi lovelies, I've only just been made aware of this post, so thanks trt, I'm so touched by all the kind wishes.
I know there shouldn't be, but there still is a stigma around mental illness, so I'll just be brief and say thanks, and I wish clinical depression could just fly away after a few kind words and deeds, but sadly that ain't the case :(

Hey danny, I'm feeling crap, to be honest.

Sandy, I know there's a light at the end of the tunnel cos I've found it, countless times, but the longest it's ever stayed with me has been 12 weeks before I go back into the blackness. This time it only lasted 6 weeks:(
