Cant Ssend Imessages In Ipad Mini

Had a bit of trouble with internet yesterday, then it was OK. However since then I cant send imessages. Gone into Settings Messages and put in my ID and apple password, it said I could not sign in and to check network connection. Reset router, internet is OK but still wont let me sign in. Not technical, easy answers please, thanks . Also in Time Zone, in automatic, circle keeps going round and round ....

and is your ipad connected to your network ok? Can you, for instance, go online?

Yes I am doing this from ipad!

Try going into settings and logging out of apple then restart your ipad and log in again.

Woofgagn how do I log out? By the way, If I try to go into Settings Messages I have a permanent pop up window now asking me to sign in which I cant do.. And I cant get rid of the window.

Well after all that I switched ipad off for a couple of minutes, switched on, logged into messaging all working!! So technical .. Not!

If you go to settings, and then to iCloud, then put in your AppleID. That should fix Messages and Email.
