Thanx so much chico for that. i would also add, for me sometimes, (as suggested) the first two fingers tapping on the opposite wrist pulse,is calming a little bit.
Breathe in through nose (4 sec) hold breath (7sec) breathe out through mouth (8sec).
Slows the heart rate and helps with sleep, try it a few times if necessary, it's supposed to be quite effective. Works for me.
Could be OG. I found that's 2 I had when I came on they went quickly and it was nice just chattering away to people whichi have to say is amazing! Helpful and does make me feel at ease
