Having a panic attack.

I'm trying desperately to get back to sleep but I can't stop the shaking. I'm shattered. I've tried to have my usual pep talk but not working tonight

I'm doing my best, but deep breathing is quite sore at the moment, but I am trying xx
why's it sore? Sorry,I'm maybe not up to date!

If it was me, QoM, I'd be reaching for a bottle of something (that definitely doesn't come from any pharmacy!)!

Thanx so much chico for that. i would also add, for me sometimes, (as suggested) the first two fingers tapping on the opposite wrist pulse,is calming a little bit.
Breathe in through nose (4 sec) hold breath (7sec) breathe out through mouth (8sec).
Slows the heart rate and helps with sleep, try it a few times if necessary, it's supposed to be quite effective. Works for me.
I hope you're sound asleep now, taken " things" easy today,pop in later if you have time.

Could be OG. I found that's 2 I had when I came on they went quickly and it was nice just chattering away to people whichi have to say is amazing! Helpful and does make me feel at ease
