Pensioner's Savings Certificates With N.s.& I Maturing

I had two of these maturing on the 7th of June so far I have only received the proceeds of one. I have phoned the office and they are full of apologies I will have to fill in another form even though they admit to receiving both forms.

My next door neighbour has the same problem,has anyone experienced delays from the N.S.& I ?
