Tom Bailey - Come So Far

Listening to Ken Bruce on Friday 6th May, he played the song Come So Far by Tom Bailey, formerly of the Thompson Twins. I listened to the opening bars of it, and it sounded so much like the opening bars of an instrumental song (which I believe also had a sung version as well) probably from the late 1960s. As far as I remember, it was about colours, and I thought that it was called Colours or Blue or something. It's annoying when you can't think of the title but have the tune in your head. Anyone know?
