I have worked for a security company for the past 4 years and when I joined they put a picture of me and a couple of colleagues on their main website for advertising, they also put the pictures on social media and also had company flyers done with my picture on. Now were do they stand legally with this? there is nothing in my contract nor did i give my consent. So the question is were do I stand legally in regards to pursuing legal action for damages?
Thanks

What have you done to get them removed over that time? Have 'they' refused to remove them when you asked/ demanded that they did? I would think that if you have not bothered then you cannot suddenly claim that you are distressed by them. If you have been waging a battle to get your image removed for the past 4 years then perhaps you have a case regarding your image being used against your will.
