See http://www.airlinequality.com/ and go through the reviews for airlines. Should help.
Please please do not travel with Continental Airlines whatever you do! They ripped me off by 300 and they still have not paid me back. As for comfort, I would say Delta probably. Cheers.

Pleasure - hope it helps. there are always going to be good and bad comments on whichever airline - if its really a case of comfort, that will depend on the aircraft more than the airline - cramped seating in an old plane is poor whatever the airline.

You could look at http://www.seatguru.com/ which gives you the seating arrangments on aircraft in some airlines fleets. Both Cont. and Delta are in there, so if you know what you will fly in (willsay on ticket for the journey) you can request not to go in certain seats - toilets. galley, narrow seats, restricted recline, etc. Sad to know about this site but might be helpful.

I flew Continental last year and they were fine, never flown Delta so can't compare.
