How To Combine Two Audio Sources?

Is there any way for me to combine an output source with my microphone so people on Skype can hear the games I am showing them.
I want to combine my headset speakers with my headset microphone as one Microphone source.
Reposted because I never got an answer. Makes me sad I'm always the one to get ignored on places like this.
Why ignore my answers but go to answer eveyone else? Did I do something to you?

I have never used Skype, so am Not the best person to reply on this matter.
