Would the sea level rise if the ice caps melted?

The ice in the Antarctic, however, is on top of a large piece of land. There are 30 million cubic km of ice in the Antarctic - more than 90% of all the fresh water on Earth. If this melted, it would raise the sea level considerably - Big Ben would end up under water.
