msn problems

when i try to sign in it says that my user name or password is incorrect, even though i know they are because its been lettin me use them for years, has anyone had this problem and know of a way to solve it?

Had the same problem myself. There is even a website solely for people to beef about this - you should hear (see) some of the complaints!!. I filled in the Cs question box stating that I was having problems with e-mail etc. Received a very long apology begging me to reconsider cancelling subscription and explaining how to work around password/forgot your password?/secret question etc - but to no avail could not get into system.

The secret question was not the one I had initially chosen - so no way cld I solve the problem! They told me that it would take 90 days before my sub was deleted/terminated for good. Reference to this very thing on above mentioned website - sorry cannot remember details.

thanks for the help, ive tried everythin, i cant remember my secret question answer either, so im really annoyed, had to create a new account but ive lost all my contacts now!
