outside toilets

I have 2 of my neighbours outside toilets in my garden and my own, the roofs are all but gone over the years and the doors hanging off, no-one uses them, have I a right to purchase them and how? The deeds show them to having right of way to their toilets and back. Anyone had this problem? Any info would be appreciated

You could ask your neighbours if they want to sell them. That would be the first step.

but it isn't the toilet you are buying it is merely the right of way to the toilet, presumably these toilets actually belong to you as they are on your land and the deeds only show a right of way your your neighbours.

I would say they have a right of way in your garden, not a right of way to a toilet, therefore you could knock them down and their right of way would be pointless.

Who owns the little bit of land an individual toilet sits on?
That is the crux of the matter.
