Suggestions would be greatly appreciated for low cost desserts that can be easily made, ideally in advance, for 45?

I've got as far as a posset and now have major brain fade!

I'll not be doing the cooking so am conscious of not leaving the host with a glut of yolks/whites. Although the white freeze well there is a limit on the amount of pavlova a single woman can eat having hosted 45 guests!!!!

Jelly and ice cream....still my fav :-)
there will be a big bucket of that winging its way to Northampton, most likely, ummmm.....

I'd love it if a portion was delivered every day. I love all flavours as well. I don't even mind squirty cream. Dessert wise I never really got past primary school :-)
