what is that tiny hair around my hair line?

Does any body know what that tiny hair around the hair line is called as recently i saw a lovely picture of catherine zita jones and noticed she has this too but hers is all nice and tidy um with mine it kind of looks like i have grown it out too much i would lijke to be able to tidy mine up but how do do i do this,i razor it ? if any body else out there remotely knows what the hell im going on about please help because this jagged line really ruins the shape of my face thanx ta

Hair grows in stages and the fine hair around the perimeter of the face is new growth, most people have it, unfortunately some have more of it than others and there's not much can be done with it i don't think, you can't really cut it as you may end up with strange little tufts that will stick out and drive you crazy! you may find that at different times of the year you will have less or more due to the growth rate of your hair! Sorry thats all i really know, hope it helps kind of although i cant really suggest anything to help apart from maybe having a fringe that would cover it? xx

I was always told it was a baby fringe.

I always call it baby hair, when I was at school I shaved mine off, I really wouldn't recommend it. It looked really silly, My mum went mad at me ha ha.
