I had reason to phone my local council today who took my report and told me to also phone the police. I didn't think the matter was serious enough to do that but the council persuaded me.

Not only did the council attend the 'scene' but the police did, too! Absolutely delighted in these cash strapped times.

I was surprised because I did not expect either the council or police to attend at all, never mind on the same day.

Not my neighbours - it was aggressive and threatening behaviour from men working on a construction site opposite my house. Seems like a lot of people have complained about them.
