Rennies - Effect On Teeth
3 Answers
I often have to take a rennie during the night as I'm woken by acid reflux. I then go back to sleep and I wondered if chewing a rennie and not brushing my teeth afterwards (until next morning) would have any damaging effect on them ?

So stick with the Rennies, which is presumably antacid. Your doctor may be able to prescribe some Zoton or something too.
the 8 or so hours in bed are no different from the 16 or so hours that you are awake during the day that you don't clean your teeth, so i wouldn't worry about it.
you could alway have a mouthwash by the bed and spit it into a cup until morning, or chew a dental chewing gum for a few minutes afterwards
