I don't know about night out allowance. With regard to week in hand, as far as I understand, you have worked for that and its money you've earned from the previous week, so I imagine you will be able to have that. Hopefully someone more in the know will post after me, but certainly you can lose any hol pay you have earned, if you don't work your notice.
If you don't work your notice period you are in breach of contract and theoretically your employer could sue you for damages - if he has to pay overtime or take on short term staff before he can find a permanent replacement.
This is highly unlikely - but it will not look good on your reference.
But you should still be entitled to your earned pay and untaken holiday pay.
