What are you having (have already eaten)? I'm about to cook silverside beef with potatoes, green beans, parsnip, carrot, broccoli and cauliflower. Might open a bottle of cabernet sauvignon. (Who am I kidding? Of course I'll open it). Very warm here, and incredibly windy. Cheers!
about to eat a chicken salad, piri-chicken, warm roasted rosemary and garlic new spuds, cucumber, watercress, french beans and red onion - a homemade basalmic/mustard dressing with a tad of maple syrup and thyme in it. Wine, a Chateau Chanteloup '11....
Just polished off a leg of lamb with roast potatoes,yorkshire pudding (Iknow it was not beef but we like them) and fresh home grown garden peas. Followed by strawberries and raspberries from the garden.
