The first was answered for you a couple of weeks ago I recall- A Clockwork Orange
On the last two I am not sure what the USING and NOT USING mean (I don't remember seeing them when the clues were posted before).

Thanks fact factory.
I have typed the clues exactly as printed and have not seen them posted previously.
blackbird is the answer to a subsequent question so I am ruling it out although I feel that the answer does contain the word black

Green fingers is an interesting answer - maybe the reason for the 'not using' is she was hanging out the clothes in the garden rather than gardening
5 wonder if its a plant name?
indigo for blue dye or die?
FF and lordgyllene
My rationale was that the king was counting out his money on his "gold finger". Then assuming that the maid question followed it, it used the word "finger" again as a reference to the above clue. A maid is not a gardener and would not have green fingers. Individually I would not be comfident with either answer - but together........
I agree with you, JJ109- especially if the maid clue follows directly after the king clue
