Retro - a few years ago there was a post about birthdays so I asked ABers if any would like to post the dates of their birthday, I would then keep them in an AB birthday book and post greetings. (Actual birthday, not the date they joined AB) Many members thought this a lovely idea (a few didn't and threw up their hands in horror!) so I started it several years ago. Many said at the time they appreciated it as they don't have family or many friends who send birthday wishes or cards so I felt it was worth carrying on. DTC always posts a video of an exploding birthday cake and Mamya usually finds a nice suitable birthday pic to post. Its completely up to members if they want to be included. Of course I sometimes forget, or miss some when I'm away but then usually Gness posts those for me.
Anyone else want me to include their birthday?

I think it's a lovely thing to do Ann. I found it immensely comforting this year and it means a lot not to me but to those who as you say don't have many family or friends left.
