I had 'em yesterday - up and down my street - all staring intently at their phones.
Some on foot (OK), some on bicycles (not clever), some in cars (mental, when even the driver has his phone in front of his eyes).
However ... it wasn't quite as busy as this :

They got in there ok and then got lost, thank goodness one of them could get a faint phone signal to call for help, cave rescue and fire brigade had to get them out. Could have ended tragically. Statement from Pokemon stressed that under no circumstances will they use caves in the game!!
