No I know sqad, that's why I said if appropriate as from this question there's no clarification of what the erection at 3 inches is, sorry if I wasn't very clear. Is it fully erect and rigid? Not quite fully erect., erection difficulties as a result of lack of confidence etc... Save your money, and get some counselling. Surgery may work, but really, you married him knowing his size (I assume?) so if you are happy, he just needs to be happy too.

If I were him I would be feeling really bad about myself, 3" is enough, you should not make him feel inadequete about something he has no control over, there are a lot of different positions you can use to achieve orgasm.
