Where Are The Handbags?

I am always curious when I see female politicians and they never have a handbag with them, I could never go out without all my bits and pieces. Even the basics of tissues and a hairbrush is needed !

and they are carried by men who call them selves - hand-bag carriers.

as in: what do you do ? answer: I carry Lady Justice ponsonbly-goodbody-smythe's handbag [QC] when she comes to court ....

mm - I leave my Kindle and two phone re-chargers plugged into the socket all the time and they never get lost.

However having caught young Francis sucking the end of one (whilst still plugged in) I now have to hide the end bit that plugs into the phone.

He is back to switching the electric extension lead (which has a light on it) under my bed on and off - he likes the light on the extension going off and on

Ah but it has. I see loads of guys with them now, I myself use a smashing cross shoulder bag obtained from Scotts of Stowe containing wallet,car keys, house keys mobile phone,tissues,nail clippers,strong mints etc.

I use a brief case still

I went into a govt building ( I try not to ) and got searched
and sundry well used goo-ey snot rags fell onto the table
along with chop sticks, used tooth picks

traumatic event for all concerned
