Is there a maximum speed that you can run a tyre that has had a puncture repair on the tread.

If the repair was on the 'tread' and not the side wall and it was correctly repaired and vulcanised the repair is safe for the same speed the tyre was.
Other wise there would be no point in getting a puncture repaired.
There are problems with repair to the side walls of tyres, usually they can not be repaired.
Agree with eddie51, if the repair was done by an official tyre shop, they will have, most likely pulled a wedge of rubber through the puncture hole, trimmed to length and vulcanised the inside of the tyre. (simply described, there is slightly more to it). If that's what has been done, the tyre is fine.
