14D gave away the word and then the title made sense.
I checked Brewers (19th Edition).
I did not see 2D.
It should have appeared between 40A and 13A.
If my answer is correct, I'll get a kick out of it.
Just want to make sure.

Hankir, I have the 19th edition and 2 D is definitely there! It is immediately above the main entry for the theme.
