I have just sucked up a big spider with my hoover. I am very scared of them and my boyfriend is not here to empth it for me. Will the spider crawl out when I turn the hoover off or is it likely it will have been killed ny the flying debris in my hoover? Its a dyson so all the dirt and stuff spins round all fast. :/
We have a dyson and i'm now a dab hand at hoovering flies and spiders, then the kids will look in the drum and see if they're still crawling about, aaaaaaahh! If you're that worried fold up a bit of tissue and put on the top of the hose unless you've got a cylinder in which case couldn't get out anyway!!!!!!
It will most definitely crawl back out again. Trust me. It can smell your fear a mile away and that's enough incentive for any evil spider to thrive! What you need to do now is run and hide in your bedroom. Seal all the doors and window frames and hide under your duvet, screaming all the while.
Last year I hoover up a spider the size of my fist on 3 separate occasions. A hoover bag is a pretty soft landing for it, maybe a dyson is diffterent. Can you not see all the crap you hoover in a dyson anyway?
Well i haven't had one escape yet,you name it i've hoovered it,wasps, spiders and flies in mid flight, you can see them moving about but never got out!!!
I was a wee bit scared to look so hopefully the beast won't crawl into my ironing pile which lives beside my hoover :/ Although I did hoover it by accident, if I had seen it I would have put a bowl on it for him to dispose of when he got in x
