.put this in food, need answer pls.
Its a packet mix, and haven't got a baking tray with sides, will it be OK to use the ones that you use to make cakes in?
Have to bake tonight, as need them for tomorrow morning. Ta.

Cooking them individually makes it easy to overcook them and then it's just cake.
If you have to cook them in a cake tin I would turn the oven down and cook for between 8 and 10 mins before testing. If it looks good but isn't crispy, shove it under the grill for a minute to crisp up the top.

yes, any type of dish that you cook veggies, meat or crumble in. Like scorpiojo said though the sides need to be at least 2 or 3 inches high or it will just slop all over everywhere. Try and put it in a square or rectangle dish as it will look better when you cut them up. really put loads of butter on before through - about the same you would put on bread, or if you have any grease proof paper that will work even better
