Over 70S Driving Test......

Does everybody over 70yrs, have to take a driving test, or is it for people who have had health problems, and do they have to take a theory test as well?

Over 70's do not have to take a driving test but if they have health problems they can be required to have a medical examination before renewal of licence (every three years)
