Big exercise in small spaces...
I'm currently looking to raise my general level of fitness and hopefully lose a bit of weight in the process.
I'm going to the gym, but would like to supplement this with some work at home, either to tone me up, or get my heart rate going for a bit.
Problem is, my room is a little lacking of floor space, so I was wondering whether anyone has any ideas of what I can do either at home, or in my surrounding neighbourhood to speed up the process.
