traditional barbers

my boyfriend wants to have a traditional shave, cut throat razor etc. Does anyone know of somewhere in Birmingham he could have this?

He's well placed because Birmingham has a large ethnic community, which is where such skills are still maintained - most British barbers don't bother with shaving becausse it's very time consuming, and people won;t pay the equivalent price for a shave as for a haircult, although it takes the same sort of time. The best thing is to get the Yellow Pages and caontact any Greek or Turkish names and enquire if they do shaves.

i live 10 mins from paisley and im deffo goin when it opens . theres meant to be women out side shameing you as you go in but i couldnt give a **** !

Thanks Andy, I'll give it a go! There was a topless barbers in Birmingham too a few years ago, but last time I drove past it was boarded up. |Oh well, guess he won't be getting that as a treat then.
