Any ABrs had trouble with this company after closing all accounts with them?
Since November2015 we have had a monthly stream of bills and after a multitude of 'live' online chats with their operatives AND an overpayment refund-plus reassurance from the last communication I had online that all balances are zero and that my email had been removed from their database. Also, I must add -: several debt collectors letters. Assurance there too that no company's associated or affiliated to TTalk will ever contact me again......Guess what- ANOTHER TT bill arrived this morning!! Aaaaaaarrrgh!
Only Broadband, that was a few years back, one of the worst providers at that time, I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to get through to these people & when I eventually did I closed my account i requested they pay the time I was held up on the phone £26 which they paid.
