Hair don't seem to grow !!
5 Answers
My hair doesn't seem to grow very quick and it's frustrating. I had my hair cut about this time last year as it never seemed to grow, always seemed to be same length when everyone else's seems to grow faster. It was just below my jawline at the time, i had about an inch cut off all over and within a year it's grown slightly, again just to my jawline. A few people suggested having the trim as it might help it start to grow, get rid of the dead ends etc. But since having it trimmed it don't seem to have grown very much. A few mates had a haircut middle last year and all of them seem to be growing their hair length back 3 -4 times faster than mine. I love longer hair and so want it to grow back. I do lose hair when i'm washing it and do all sorts of treatments & conditioners to try to help it. Can any one suggest anything to help hair growth? I suffer from psorisis for years, but don't think this affecting anything. I used to have longer hair when younger and had psorisis then.

It really did! My hair grew faster, and beyond the length that it would usually grow to! I got mine from Holland and Barrett but other health food shops probably stock them too

Mine seems to grow faster the longer it is. When it's short it seems to take ages to get any longer but once it gets to a certain length it seems to grow so much faster.
I find regular trims are worth it to keep the condition as the last thing you want to do when it does get to the length you want is to have to chop more off than you want to get rid of scratty ends.

If you're really dedicated you could consider a fast or elimination diet. Most people report a huge improvement in hair/skin/nail growth and quality. Your body might be fighting something (wrong petrol) and therefore is not 'at ease' enough to focus on growth and improvement. When I fasted I found this to be true- my body wasn't wasting time digesting food so instead it made my skin and nails nice! :)
