Hello All.

The divorce is going through and I get Child Benefits in my name, for my two daughters who have decided to live with me.

Please can anyone tell me if I am in my rights to claim Child Maintenance/Support from my ex-wife as well?

Thank you all for the replies.

One thing I didn't mention is that the Decree Nisi has been received and now we are moving onto the Financial Matters of the marriage.

Does this effect Child Support or is that a completely separate issue please?
