Long Term Private Rents In Paphos

Morning, does anybody know what the situation is like in Paphos for private rentals if we were to buy an apartment there to rent out to the locals please on a long term let. Thanks

Depends where in Paphos you buy, many things to take into consideration. Present financial situation of the island, There is a glut of properties. not many locals rent, most stay at home with their parents. The income is not brilliant. Rental income low, legal cost high,legal service not brilliant .Personally it's not a road I would go down at the. Present time. Good Luck.

It would be in Kato Paphos, we already have a 3 bed house there and wanted to buy another for this purpose only, do you know if there is anywhere i can contact where i can email them directly for an honest answer, not for one minute saying your answer isn't an honest one, but maybe speak to a person who lives there permanently as we do not as yet resign there. Thankyou catswhiskers i will do, you should go with it, you wont regret it, its a bit easier for me as hubby is a Cypriot but we live in the UK, unfortunately

Thanks tamirra, we would love to, but age is not on our side, just keep going there for a few weeks at a time , it is a lovely island and i miss it when we are not there.

Ive subscribed to the site and just been accepted, its a brilliant site, thankyou. I would move there tomorrow given half the chance, but i have commitments here at the moment which halts our dreams, but i will one day ;)
