Norwegian Air Premium Class

Hi

Does anyone have experience of Norwegian Air Premium Class? I intend to travel LGW-BOS and their Premium Class is way cheaper than anyone else's Business Class.

Is the quality as good as other airline's Business Class or is it just like Virgin's Premium Economy?

My bro-in-law has had horror experiences with their timing and then being bumped off Premium and the plane when they had overbooked. He was late-ish to the airport but still in time. Very average on board.
