Replacing kitchen floor
I currently have tiles on the kitchen floor, which have been there for years (probably ages before we moved in), and I dont really like them. Is it possible to stick adhesive vinyl tiles on top of them, or would I have to remove the tiles first?
Any other ideas what I could do to replace the tiles quite cheap and hassle-free??

If you pay a little more you can get laminate suitable for bathrooms which is more water resistant but if only splashes from the sink are involved cheaper stuff will be fine.
After laying laminate in our kitchen we found it so good it has found its way throughout the house.
We love it. We have rugs here and there though.
