Email Not Accessible

My email (through BT) is not available on my desktop PC, but it is on my Ipad tablet. A message on my PC says there are some problems with BT email at the moment, but why is it only on my PC? I've switched off the PC and re-started it, but that hasn't helped. Strange. Any ideas?

Sounds to me as if you are accessing a locally cached page, rather than the actual site.
Try clicking the link below and if you still get an error message, try holding down shift and pressing F5.
