What's on your menu today.

I had 2 slices if Aldi's malted bloomer bread with 3 rashers of crispy uncooked back and 2 fried eggs. Brown sauce to complete.

I might have some chips and ketchup for supper.

How about you ?

I also find Eccles, that if the breasts are a little plump bashing the hell out of them with a rolling pin for easier stuffing is extremely cathartic...........(Probably ruins the hell out of the structure of the meat, but always makes me feel better).

Rice, vegetables and spicy chicken from Panda Express (wish we had something like that in the UK instead of the usual fast food)
Plain ham sandwich for lunch then an almond biscotti with a coffee, having a ham and cheese salad now.

Great view of the Alps to take in whilst we eat ... what ever we decide on.
The alps?
Yes, pasta ... A mountain range just on the outskirts of Rhyl. (Blooming Americans hey?)

*sigh*...not only did I not know where the alps are, I even had to Google Ryhl. Time to brush up on UK geography. ;-)
Hope the curry lived up to expectations....

Slammed in the Lamb earlier, just been seen off in the last ½ hour or so with all the usual trimmings and very nice it was too.
after the day that I have had with a cuckoo mother (111 called as it's a reinfection of a UTI), a rump steak, roasted cubed spuds in rosemary, french beans and some roasted baby mush and cherry toms, with steamed french beans and baby turnips - and a fecking good bottle of wine.
I ended up with dried fried eggs on toast minus the whites of course the dogs get them in their breakfast tomorrow.
