Does anyone know a web site where it just gives the value of a property without having to submit an email address? I just want to know how much a terraced house would sell for. I think submitting an email address would mean constant marketing shots from companies which I could do without.

Zoopla and Rightmove will show the asking prices and nethouseprices.com will show the actual sold prices from 6 months ago

I'm always on Zoopla, it never asks for an e-mail address . Go on 'UK house prices' and not 'how much is my house worth' tab
