Anyone else fed up with getting Indian voice from "BT technical department" saying there's a problem with their broadband? When I tell them to stop wasting my time they hang up! (One even said to me "You're stupid"!!!!)

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Thankfully, touch wood, I do not have many problems with BT, I do agree that the Indian call centre leaves a lot to be desired, not least of which, you cannot understand what they are saying. They put an order though once that I had not asked for, took ages to sort it out. If they have been rude to you, you should ring BT, try after 4 pm, you normally get the UK call centre, and ask to speak to the complaints department.
