on the ciao website, how do you claim the money you have earned through polls etc?

You just log into my account and select pay into my bank account. It normally takes around 14 days in my experience. I think that you have you have a minimum amount in your ciao account before you can transfer it though. If you don't have enough, make sure you log into your ciao account at least once per month as they will deem the account inactive and you'll lose you cash. I lost about �15 this way :-(
