You need to convert theses to MPEG files using programmes such as Nero 7 (the Nerovision application) using the burn video to CD part but insteaf export the file to your hard disk. At the same time select PAL for UK and a screen size of 320 x 240 in MPEG1 or MPEG2. If you do not have Nero look for any Freeware that will convert to MPEG or WMV. Hope this can be understood.
I have a Zen Vision M. Wonderful far better than an iPod.
